Our new open storage base offers maximum storage space and a cheaper alternative to a drawer base with drop down fabric covers to hide the storage area afterwards.
This was developed for a contract customer who required storage solution for student accommodation. As you can imagine in a small living area every space is vital. So we looked at a cost effective way to provide storage space.
The idea was look at how we could gain maximum storage from a base, we used the drawer space to create the aperture so that a double base can accommodate 4 large suitcases.
The base has also been reinforced to allow for the large aperture.
The Classic Open storage base is available in 25 upholstery fabrics and 5 damask fabrics, we can also offer matching headboards.
